One-on-one relationships
Our Account Manager will work closely with your IT personnel to develop a thorough and complete understanding of the requirements of each open position.
Each client is assigned to an Account Manager and a Recruiter who becomes the liaison between client and CompuGroup Technologies. The Account Manager will maintain close contact with the client, building a good honest relationship and allowing you a single point of contact. -
Step 3
Identify candidates
We understand the importance of both the human and technical requirements of the positions and will match candidates accordingly.

Screen candidates
Candidate interviews, reference checks, employment verifications and if required by our client, background checks and drug screening.

Client Reviews resumes
Resumes of qualified candidates will be submitted for your review within a 12-24 hour time period.

Interview process
Upon selection of a candidate for a client interview, we are available to handle as much of the scheduling, interview and screening process as you desire and will work with your personnel to insure these processes are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Select candidate
Upon selection of a candidate, we will provide all necessary arrangements to ensure that the selected person will be at the client site on the agreed upon start date. We have spent the past fifteen (15) years developing our internal support infrastructure to build a good reputation in order to attract and retain the best IT professionals available for your permanent and contract placement opportunities.
