Our Account Manager will work closely with your IT personnel to develop a thorough and complete understanding of the requirements of each open position. With our thorough screening process and dedication to presenting only qualified and viable candidates; we understand the importance of both the human and technical requirements of the positions and will match candidates accordingly.
Once the initial candidates are identified, each candidate will go through a thorough screening process which includes candidate interviews, reference checks, employment verifications and if required by our client, background checks and drug screening. Next, resumes of qualified candidates will be submitted for your review within a 12-24 hour time period.
Upon selection of a candidate for a client interview, we are available to handle as much of the scheduling, interview and screening process as you desire and will work with your personnel to insure these processes are completed in a timely and professional manner.
Upon selection of a candidate, we will provide all necessary arrangements to ensure that the selected person will be at the client site on the agreed upon start date.
